Northop Nurseries (part of Deeside College) is a wholesale nursery which has been established for over 30 years. The Nursery offers a wide range of stock including hardy nursery stock, trees and shrubs, patio and pot plants bedding and our award winning hanging baskets.
In our 3-acre Glasshouse we grow summer and winter bedding and specialise in hanging baskets, window troughs, planted baskets and bowls in a wide range of styles. Our baskets and displays have won many awards. Six awards were won last summer for the Wales in Bloom Competition 2009, for supplying towns and villages with quality baskets and planters.
Northop Nurseries supplies all types of businesses including, Landscapers, Local Authorities, Private Estates, Property developers, Breweries, Holiday Parks, Garden Centres and Florists. We also cater for corporate events.
We have extensive experience in contract growing, paying particular attention to crop quality, and the highest standards are implemented in all our activities. We have an excellent team of staff who have years of experience in different aspects of Nursery and Glasshouse production.
