- This list cancels any previous ones and is subject to cancellation with the publication of a subsequent list.
- All prices are listed exclusive of VAT which will be added at the current rate.
Our VAT registration number is: 927 286 887 - Payment is by cash, cheque or credit/debit card on receiving the plants except for account holders who should consult the terms and conditions for their account.
- Northop Nurseries cannot accept responsibility for replacing plants that fail to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather, vandalism, damage neglect etc.
- Plants are subject to availability at time of order.
- The cancellation of an order, either entire or partial, must be given in writing within an appropriate time span. We reserve the right to charge 25% of the cancelled value.
- Orders will be held for 30 days; following this period plants will be offered for resale.
- All goods remain the property of Northop Nurseries until payment is received in full. However, on delivery or collection, all liability for the goods shall pass to the customer.
- In the event of plants being damaged during delivery, or unsatisfactory, they will be replaced if stock is available or a credit note issued, provided that we receive notification in writing within one week. All other claims, including consequential loss, are excluded. We cannot be held responsible for losses beyond our control.
- Plants, once purchased, cannot be returned or replaced unless there is a genuine fault with them. We do not supply plants to customers on a “sale or return basis” without prior written agreement.
The placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
